BIM

At Atelier Verticale we offer a different range of services: among them the BIM control of the project. During the last three years, it has been implemented along several design experiences.

The growing complexity of projects, the studio has been involved in, the more and more complex interactions among actors, these projects required, led the Studio toward the creation of its own “BIM-know how” platform.

Today Atelier Verticale can rely on an exceptional BIM Design services. The firm extensive service ranges from masterplanning, to detailed designs for private sector, industrial, residential and office buildings.

The result has different shapes, indeed thanks to the BIM management to the project at Atelier Verticale we are able to control the project over the architectural, engineering and economical point of view.

The architectural BIM model plays the key role in our design process, either we are dealing with a project from scratch, or an intervention on top of an existing structure. Starting from a survey – historical drawings and/or cloud points survey- we “built” the real design conditions the project is required to work.

The model is then investigated structurally, systemically and sustainably, sharing the design information (model) within the involved teams of collaborators.

Nonetheless, along all design phases, the project is controlled trough the cost-control design which takes part among the BIM design services Atelier Verticale can offer.
